First of all thanks for producing a great website, it helped me make up my mind when purchasing the boat.
This is my first boat so everything is new even learning knots and starting it up. Fantastic fun so far, learning all the time.
The boat is in Lyme view marina at Macclesfield at the moment but I am in the process of moving her to Long Sandall Lock in Doncaster. She will then be used on the Sheffield & South Yorkshire Navigation Canal, and when I get a little more experienced I will be taking her all over,its a good network of canals and rivers from Doncaster.
 
The outside of the boat is in very good shape and has its original Gel cote, the non sip portion needs painting however, almost sounds as if I no what im talking about, the chap at the Marina had a good look at her before I purchased it and informed me what would need doing.
 
The couple who had it before me never did any work on her inside so lots to do there, flooring, seats, lighting and probably all the electrics throughout may need removing and starting again. Lucky for me my mate is a Sparky.
 
The wooden mast and grab rails on the outside will be replaced with stainless next week, a new stainless spot light and horn also to be fitted.
 
I have started stripping it out inside and cleaning her up.
